Our story
A few steps from the famous Rialto Bridge, a typical Venetian alley connects the Grand Canal to Ruga Rialto: Calle del Paradiso.
Here, in the 13th century, enclosed by nine columns of Istrian stone, stood an ancient convent of enclosed nuns, and it is precisely within its courtyard that, seven centuries later, Mr. Giordano wanted to create a small corner of heavenly refreshment.
Original Venetian wooden putti in gold and zecchino, images of a Venice now almost lost, and paintings by esteemed Venetian painters frame a typical high-quality cuisine.
A welcoming atmosphere in an elegant and intimate setting.
All accompanied by an elegant background music and an excellent selection of wines.

If you are looking for a cosy place with a menu suitable for tourists who want to eat well without spending too much, Ristorante al Paradiso in Venice is the place for you! You will find a tourist menu with simple and classic dishes, as well as a menu with a wide choice of starters, first and second courses of meat or fish.
If you just want a good pizza, no problem: the restaurant also offers this type of dish.

Fish and Meat Menu
For those who wish to taste true Venetian cuisine, all they have to do is sit at our tables and order from a good menu of meat or fish.
From appetizers like beef fillet carpaccio to Sarde in saor, from first courses like tagliolini with scampi or spaghetti with cuttlefish ink to second courses like grilled whole sea bass or Venetian-style liver with soft white polenta.
You are spoiled for choice or you can ask our staff for advice, they will also be able to pair a good red or white wine with your dish.
Tourist menu
A simple but at the same time very convenient menu, as for just 15 Euros (excluding drinks), you will have a choice of a first and a second course, including classic dishes like spaghetti with seafood, fried calamari, or escalopes with lemon or white wine with French fries.
Alternatively, you can order just a first course from the selection we offer, which also includes a pizza menu or salads.
